We are delighted to announce a new release of COSIPY, an ultra-fast Python-based coupled snowpack and ice surface energy and mass balance model.

This update is a complete overhaul, featuring a simplified configuration system, documentation, critical bug fixes, and a significant performance increase. We have also added support for installing and coupling COSIPY with WRF.

New and existing users are invited to read the updated tutorial.
